1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock: Requires [2-4] business days for production before shipping.
  • Pre-order: Requires [5-10] business days for production before shipping.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. 

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options within Canada.

  • Expedited Parcel – Canada Post
  • Note: Shipping times are estimates and start after the processing time is complete.
